Overview
Our refund and rebooking policy is valid for up to 30 days prior to the start of the tour, rental or support service. If less than 30 days to the start of the service, we can’t offer you a full refund or rebooking.
Cancellation
You may cancel your service (tour, rental or support) up to 30 day prior to the commencement of that service and receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the commencement of the service will incur a penalty equating to the full deposit, i.e. 20% of the total service fee; the remainder of any fee paid will be refunded, i.e. Fee Paid minus Deposit
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Rebooking
You may rebook your service (tour, rental or support) up to 30 day prior to the commencement of that service, provided that the service is available on the rebooked dates. If the service is not available you may cancel the service (see above).
Rebookings made within 30 days of the commencement of the service are not permitted. You will need to cancel the booking (see above) and make a new booking.
Rebooking the same service
If you need to change the start date of the service you have booked and are NOT making any other change to the booking, simply contact us via Messenger or email us info@xplrph.com and we will assist you with the change.
Rebooking and changing the service
Changing a service (tour, rental bike or service) will normally result in a change of booking fee. If the fee has increased we will require additional funds to cover that increase (full fee or deposit). If the resulting fee is lower than the fee you have paid we will refund the difference.
To rebook and change the service please contact us via Messenger or email us info@xplrph.com and we will assist you with the change.
