This is a step-by-step guide on how to book your tour:

Step 1

Select the number of bikes required by using the ‘+’ button at the side of each. 

Step 2

Select the option to add luggage (panniers and/or top box) if required.

Step 3

Now select the rental start and end dates from the calendar.

The total price of the rental is now displayed.

Step 4

Click the “Make a Booking” button to add the rental to your cart.

The full booking fee will now appear in your cart.

Continue making any other bookings until you are ready to ‘Checkout”

Step 5

Checking-out. Click on your cart to show the cart details:

Now click the Checkout button

Step 6

Enter your billing information then click “Request Confirmation”

You will NOT be charged any fee at this time. Your rental for the selected dates will be reserved and you will receive an email confirming this.

Step 7

You will also receive an email invitation to complete a Google Form. This must be completed by each rider before we can move on to Step 8.

Step 8

Once we have received all completed Google Forms we will send you an email with the bank transfer details. 

You have the option of paying a 10% deposit, or paying in full. The deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to the rental start date.
