Today I had the great pleasure of visiting The Red Baron to be found just a short distance from Alaminos (Hundred Islands). I was greeted by John and his Wife Violeta and spent a good few hours swooning over the vast array of superbly renovated vintage motorcycles. Vincent, BMW, Ducati, you name it, you’ll find one here from the 1950s, 60, 70s and beyond. My favorite being the 1973 Triumph Hurricane X-75 (of course) – highly impractical with it’s small gas tank but gorgeous looking.
Apart from the vintage bikes this is a great place to enjoy a cold beer. I must admit I did partake in a couple before I left. The food here is also excellent; anything from breakfast to lunch and dinner. The staff are very cheerful, professional and very helpful.
John was also kind enough to allow me to add our sticker to his wall of fame and also made our business cards available at his front desk.
